I work across multiple disciplines as a designer and technician
currently focusing on theatre and live events across the UK. Previously I worked as the Visual Merchandising Technician for The Conran Store in London.
I work on a range of projects including installation of sets for theatres, prop design for films and visual merchandising for retail. I brings unique ideas, creative problem solving and an understanding of how to develop engagement and value.

Event Dresser & Technician

I have worked a variety of company's whilst freelance with some being Pirate Crew, Nikita Palmer designs and Punchdrunk as a skilled technician that works on the creation of live events and theatre sets. I work by reading floor plans and interpreting mood boards to construct and decorate sets from prefabricated flats, flooring and props. I strive to bring my eye for detail in decoration and installation to each unique event in order to create engaging experiences for people to enjoy.

The Conran Shop
2022 August - November 2023
The Conran Shop is an institution in the design community selling a mixture of high end items for the home ranging from contemporary furniture, home-wear and lifestyle items. I worked between 3 shops in Marylebone, Chelsea and in Selfridges as the visual merchandising technician, where I was responsible for altering the stores for new displays, fitting new furniture and lighting. This role developed my knowledge of fabrication and installation of large scale projects.

Feather Pendants
2021 Feb - 2021 July
Feather Pendants was an independent Jewellery shop located in the famous Hatton Garden area. I was tasked with making display stands for a new space age collection called "Interstellar" that was to be displayed in pop up stalls. I created a modular design painted in a metallic finish to compliment the jewellery. At the Oxford Street pop up store I set up the jewellery to make the most attractive displays possible to boost sales.

Stronghold Productions
2021 Nov - May 2022
Stronghold is a film production company that manages all stages of the production including screen writing, prop making, filming and post production. I worked on the sequel called Kinglsayer about Richard 1, where I created leather items focusing on bags for various film characters. Throughout the process, I met with my prop making colleagues to ensure we all had a consistent design style between the different types of props.
